Marysville,CA – Two Yuba County men from the same family are running for state office. Edward C. Noonan is running for Governor and his son, Edward Justin Noonan is running for Treasurer.

Ed Noonan is the Area 4 Director of the American Independent Party. His area covers Yuba, Sutter, Nevada, Placer and Sierra Counties. He is also the Yuba County American Independent Party Central Committee Chairman. He was appointed as the Yuba Chairman position in 1999 and has been in that position since then.

Justin Noonan is the Vice Chairman of the Yuba County American Independent Party Central Committee. He was appointed to that position in 1999 by his father Ed Noonan. He temporarily took a leave of absence from that position when he left to serve on a full time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in San Antonio, Texas. He returned in 2003 and entered Yuba College to further his studies as a Computer Information Specialist.

Both men work at their family computer store A FAMILY INTERNET on North Beale Rd. It is a family endeavor that they both started in 1999. Both men are also active in their LDS church.
